Return Policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rebelcitytoys.com or use the Contact Us link to submit a request. Please reference the order number associated with the product you wish to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
If we made an order processing error or if the product is damaged or defective, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping, but you will need to contact us first before returning the item.
If you want to return the item for any other reason, you’ll need to pay for the return shipping yourself, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Please keep in mind that if you choose to send the item back on your own, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any “Dinged Up Discounts” items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rebelcitytoys.com.
Shipping Policy
Rebel City Toys ships out of New Jersey. Orders placed Monday – Thursday by 3p EST will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will ship within 3 business days. Shipping fees as of 1/1/2025 are as follows:

Free shipping on all orders $75.00 or more.
We currently ship anywhere within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
